Where are you based?

I am based in Galway City in Active 24 Fitness, Renmore. We hold personal training sessions in a fully equipped gym.
 
Sometimes new gyms can be intimidating but what I like about Active 24 Fitness is that there is a big mix of young and old, beginners and experienced and male and female. Everyone is welcome.
 
For those who can't come to this location, have limited time or would rather train at home I am also available for online coaching.

How do I get free advice?

Get in touch and we can arrange a free consulation no strings attached. During this consulation you can ask me how I can help you and what approach you would like to take on your fitness journey. Alternativley keep an eye on my blog and social media channels for lots of helpful information.

Will I have to follow a particular diet?

Absolutley not, I believe women should be given the opportunity to make their own decisions about their lives and bodies, from the way they look and the way they feel to the way they perform. This means I will work as your guide to help you find the best solutions suited to your own values and preferences.

I'm not fit enough to start yet, What should I do to get fitter?"

I hear this from so many of my clients and it is a completely normal feeling. I want you to know that you can feel safe and confident training with me. We always begin at an appropriate level and go forward at your own pace.
